Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lucan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept.
