Description: He wears a brown coat over a red low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head, and he perpetually has his shield ready. His auburn hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Thervan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
