Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Carter profession.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
