Description: This light-skinned male wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He is baby faced.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Thervan hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge

Description: He has a missing right arm. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. His golden hair is long and unkept. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Actor born in the past three hundred years. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: Expand his business.

His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bricklayer who has hired him part-time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush
