Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears long strands of emerald and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His skin is also unnaturally pale. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
