Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born in the west to a Ploughman, Uthemar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.
