History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Bounty Hunter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
