Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. His hair is long and golden with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Efferil is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
