History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

History: Uthemar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge
