Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.
