History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Nim hails from a village terrorized by drow. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Traki hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
