Description: This exceptionally lanky man has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Rolen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Rolen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Paelias is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
