Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fortune-teller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. During his travels, Heian and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Heian discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
