Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now mingles about in high society.
