History: Aelar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Aramil hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aramil's homeland. Aramil decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
