He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult.
