History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.
