History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
