Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
