Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Efferil alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
