Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is short and white. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers.
