Description: This late middle aged man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner and is in decent physical shape. He has shaved his head bald. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Galinndan took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
