Personality: He is fixated on the number 71. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
