Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of a Roofer, who enjoyed hunting, Uthemar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
