Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fisher born in the past three hundred years. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
