The war was a terrible time for him, and Raer does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Priest work with an outfit from a few towns over. Priest work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Erdan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Erdan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
