Description: He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Ahvain is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ahvain took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Varis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Varis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
