Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a great chef.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
