Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Quarion was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
