Description: A 5'3" northern man, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Locksmith. His tied-back hair is red. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and regain custody of his son

Description: This man wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a brown scarf. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
