Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple white robe with red stripes complete with hood. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born in the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
