History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
