Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Aelar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Uthemar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Tharivol is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tharivol grew up listening to his father's many stories. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he's looking for his big break
