History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: Ahvain wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
