Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
