Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears dull tan sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. His red hair is long and unkept. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
