Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Laucian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is short and brown. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
