Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dull green sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
