History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
