History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
