Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His tied-back hair is blonde. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Rael was born the youngest of three triplets. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mayor, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
