Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Naill was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
