History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He married young, but lost his spouse to gnolls. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He found a children's book about a Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
