When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Through the years after Koeth was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Koeth's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. He has worked as a Body Guard like his father before him.
