Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Lucan was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spice Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
