Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he typically wears grey cloth garments or leather armor. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Theren took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Marshal for hire.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Knight. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
