Personality: Quarion wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
