Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Uthemar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp.
