The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: A 4'10" northern man, he wears dull blue sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Performer profession.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
