With bright chestnut hair and a scraggly beard. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Efferil hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
